A meditative journey with Stacy Tarter & Erika Cain at Feather & Stone Yoga
Welcome to a practice designed to help you release, reset, and renew—body, mind, and nervous system.
Harmonic Release blends the ancient wisdom of sound vibrations with modern nervous system science to support deep rest and recalibration. Through intentional breathwork and mindful movement, you’ll prepare your body and brain to downshift from high-alert states into parasympathetic rest and repair mode—where true transformation begins.
The journey starts with grounding breathwork, soft seated movement, and a guided meditation to center your awareness. Then, you’ll transition into a fully supported reclined position with bolsters, blankets, and cushions—allowing the body to completely relax as therapeutic sound frequencies gently guide your brainwaves into calmer states. These frequencies are known to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mental clarity.
Erika will be there to ensure you’re fully supported and comfortable throughout, while Stacy intuitively weaves a soundscape using crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments to help you access deeper states of stillness and spaciousness.
What to bring: Yourself, and zero expectations.
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Studio mats with extra padding are provided, along with bolsters, blankets, and eye masks. If you have a weighted eye pillow you love, feel free to bring it.
What to wear: Soft, breathable layers. Cozy socks and a light sweater are always welcome.
Who this is for: Anyone seeking a reset—especially those navigating stress, overwhelm, fatigue, or emotional buildup. This practice is designed to support nervous system balance and the return to inner calm.
