Erika Cain, E-RYT 500, is an artist of life who loves weaving experiences that spark joy, wonder, and the extraordinary. As the heart behind Feather & Stone Yoga in Sarasota, FL and a devoted international retreat facilitator, she crafts immersive journeys that blend movement, nature, and inner exploration.
Rooted in her background in circus arts and stage performance, Erika brings discipline, playfulness, and deep presence to every offering. Her teaching integrates functional anatomy, neuroscience, and Eastern healing traditions.
Whether holding space in the studio or guiding groups across the world, Erika meets each student exactly where they are by offering safe structural alignment, mindful breathwork, and intentional sequencing that honor the magic within every body, every landscape, and every moment.
Vanessa Ballard is an independent travel advisor with The Journey Group, specializing in adventure travel of all kinds. As a licensed physical therapist, she deeply understands the importance of caring for our bodies as a vital part of overall health and wellness.
Combining her two passions—travel and physical well-being—has long been one of her goals. Now, she’s bringing that vision to life through a partnership with Erika Cain, creating a one-of-a-kind experience designed to bring people together from all walks of life to uplift, support, and celebrate one another.
Costs are per person based on occupancy and include meals, activities and transfers.
While no two of our East Bungalows are exactly alike, all of them offer the same features and amenities. They are 42 square meters, and consist of a cozy, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with an elevated terrace with a hammock. The rooms have two twin beds, which can be joined to form a king-sized bed.

If you choose to book a double room and do not have a roommate, we will do our best to pair you with another guest of the same gender. If no suitable roommate is available, the single occupancy rate will apply.
